Our shipping policy is valid for customers from the United States.
Thanks for ordering from Ellen-Boutique! As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. This means we've successfully received your order and authorized the payment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your delivery.
Processing time
Order cut-off time: 11PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Expected processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Expected delivery time
Transit time: Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday) after processing, depending on the destination.
Expected total delivery time: The total delivery time, including both processing and shipping, is estimated at 6–11 business days (Monday to Friday).

Lost or damaged orders
Lost orders: If your package hasn’t arrived, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you through the process.
Damaged orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
