Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
✓ The item is unused and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
✓ The product has not been damaged due to misuse or careless handling.
✓ Hygiene products must be unopened and unused.
✓ In case of a defect or damage upon delivery, please send clear photos as proof.
✓ The return must be approved by our customer service team.
✓ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we determine that the product has been used, damaged, or returned in an unacceptable condition.
Return processing time: Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Important: Do not send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request is approved. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following terms:
Withdrawal period:
You may cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you (or a third party authorized by you) received the final item in your order.
Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process once the order has been placed. If you change your mind, please wait for your order to arrive and return it following our return procedure.
Shipping in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia. Transit times may be longer than usual and are beyond our control. If your order is already on its way, it cannot be canceled. You may still inform us of your wish to return, and you can send the product back once it is delivered.
To help us process your return faster, please send us the shipping confirmation as soon as possible.
Refunds After Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you — excluding delivery costs (and excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard option we offer).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
